摘要
研究如何以学生多样化就业需求为导向来设计教学实践改革方案。通过对南京农业大学劳动与社会保障专业学生的调查,了解学生的就业分布,现有的教学实践对学生就业促进的效果以及学生对实践教学的现实需求,制定符合学生多样化就业需求的教学实践改革思路。
The purpose of this paper is to design an improvement scheme on practical teaching oriented towards university students＇ diversified expectations on jobs.According to the investigation on the students of labor and social security in Nanjing Agricultural University,issues like the employment distribution of the students,the effect of existing teaching practices on employment and the realistic demand on teaching practices from the students are analyzed.Based on the analysis on current status and problems,the paper brainstormed some specific reformational thoughts on practical teaching to match students＇ diversified expectations on jobs.
