摘要
研究性学习是针对传统学习方式提出的一种全新的学习方式,它关注学习过程,注重学生创新精神的培养。研究性学习理念的提出对传统教师角色带来了一定的冲击,教师不再是知识的代名词,不能孤立地单独完成指导而必须走向合作。因此,在这种教育理念下,教师必须要转换角色:抛弃"权威"意识,树立合作意识,加强服务意识。
Research-based learning is a new way of learning compared with the traditional way of learning.It focuses on the learning process,pay attention to the cultivation of students' innovative spirit.Research learning concept brings certain impact on the traditional teacher's role.Teachers are no longer the pronoun of knowledge.They do not guide in isolation but go to cooperation.Therefore,under this kind of education idea,the teacher must transform the role: to abandon the "authority" consciousness,to form cooperation consciousness,to strengthen the service consciousness.
