摘要
目的了解某机械加工企业生产性噪声分布情况,以及对工人心血管系统及听力的影响。方法选择某机械加工企业,对其作业场所中噪声强度进行检测,将接触噪声作业的工人作为调查组,未接触噪声作业的行政后勤人员作为对照组,分别进行听力、血压、心电图检查和症状询问,最后对其数据进行统计学分析。结果该企业作业场所中噪声检测超标率为59.09%。接触组的血压、心电图异常率分别为8.91%、11.88%,听力损失率为22.03%。与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且存在明显的剂量-反应关系。结论噪声对机械加工企业工人的听力损害严重,对工人心血管系统及神经系统均具有一定损害,该类企业要加强作业场所的职业卫生防护、工人的个体防护及职业健康监护工作。
[ Objective] To understand the distribution of the occupational noises in a machinery processing enterprise, and the impact of the noises on the cardiovascular system and the hearing of workers. [ Methods ] A machinery processing enterprise was selected for noise intensity measurement in workplace. The workers exposed to noises were recruited as the investigation group, the administrative support staff without noises as the control group. Hearing, blood pressure, ECG and symptom inquiries were carried out for both 2 groups, the results were statistically analyzed. [ Results] The over standard rate of occupational noises in the workplace of the enterprise was 59.09%. The abnormality rate of the blood pressure and the ECG was 8.91% and 11.88% respectively. The hearing loss percent was 22.03%. In contrast with the control group, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05 ) and there was dose response connection. [ Conclusion] The impact of the noise on the workers in machinery processing enterprise is serious. The noise hurts the cardiovascular system and the nervous system. This enterprise shall strengthen the health protection, individual protection and occupational health surveillance in the workplace.
