Determination of the calcium content in health foods by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 目的建立一种快速准确检测保健食品中钙含量的方法。方法采用湿法和微波2种方法消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钙含量,以10%硝酸镧溶液排除化学干扰,标准系列溶液也加入和样品相同量的硝酸镧溶液。结果依本法测定钙的检出限为0.11mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%,加标回收率为95.8%~101.9%。结论方法简便、灵敏、准确,适合保健食品的快速消解及其钙含量的定量分析。 [ Objective ] To establish a rapid and accurate method for the determination of calcium content in health foods. [ Methods ] The samples were digested by two methods of wet digestion and microwave, and the calcium content was tested by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. 10% lanthanum nitrate solution was used to eliminate the chemical interference, and the same amount of lanthanum nitrate solution was added in the standard solution. [ Results ] The detection limit of calcium was 0.11 mg/kg, the relative standard deviation ( RSD ) was less than 5% , and the recovery of standard addition was 95. 8% -101. 9%. [ Conclusion ] The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, which is suitable for rapid digestion of health foods and quantitative analysis of calcium content.
