摘要
目的建立七味铁屑丸中腺苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱:Agilent TC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:磷酸盐缓冲溶液(0.01mol/L,pH6.5)-甲醇(95∶5),检测波长:260nm,流速:1.0mL/min。结果回归方程为Y=37.697X+0.0157,r=0.9999,线性关系良好,线性范围为0.224-1.12μg,平均加样回收率为98.1%,RSD=1.7%(n=6)。结论本法简便、准确、重现性好,为七味铁屑丸的质量控制和评价提供了依据。
Objective To establish the method for determining the content of adenosine in Qiweitiexie Pills by HPLC. Methods Agilent TC - Cts Column was used with phosphate buffer (0.01 mol/L of a mixture of KH2 PO4 and K2 HPO4, pH = 6. 5 ) - methanol( 95 : 5 ) as the mobile phase, the detection wave - length at 260 nm. and flow rate was 1.0ml./min. Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0. 224 - 1.12μg for adenosine and regression equation was Y = 37.697X + 0. 0157 ,r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 98. 1% and RSD was 1.7% ( n = 6). Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and proper , with good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of Qiweitiexie Pills.
