二丙酸倍他米松联合蓝科肤宁治疗掌跖脓疱病的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察二丙酸倍他米松乳膏(迪安松,重庆华邦制药有限公司)联合蓝科肤宁治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效。方法将门诊患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组34例,严格按照实验计划进行临床实验。治疗组以二丙酸倍他米松乳膏联合蓝科肤宁医用愈肤生物膜治疗,对照组单用二丙酸倍他米松乳膏治疗。结果治疗组总有效率71.43%,对照组总有效率44.12%,治疗组与对照组相比临床疗效有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论二丙酸倍他米松乳膏联合蓝科肤宁治疗掌跖脓疱病安全有效。
