摘要
在现有的炼油加工过程可调度性的研究中,大部分采用的是建模求解的方式,但由于建模的复杂性,有些往往在模型中忽略了一些约束条件,而有些模型并不能直观的描述问题。研究输油管道最大输油速率、蒸馏塔和储油罐数量、蒸馏塔蒸馏速率和初始库存这些约束条件,并通过面向对象的仿真软件eM-Plant对炼油过程的可调度性进行建模仿真和求解验证,验证了相关的可调度条件。
In the existing studies of schedulability of crude oil operation, some studies used the method of making the simulation models which either ignore some constraint conditions due to the complexity of models or can' t intuitive describe the problem. This paper study contains the constraint condition of the biggest oil rate, distillation and storage tank quantity, distillation rate and initial inventory, the paper makes simulation model and solves and verification for the schedulability of crude oil process with the aid of eM-Plant which is the computer software of object-oriented, then, gets and verifies relevant scheduling conditions.
