摘要
近几年,双液体变焦透镜在其结构、变焦性能和实际应用中已有了长足的发展,国内也开始自主研发设计双液体变焦透镜。在测量法国Varioptic公司的双液体变焦透镜样品焦距的基础上,利用ZYGO干涉仪以及设计相关的光路,测定了透镜样品的像差,了解样品的像差特性。根据实验可得,Arctic 320型双液体变焦透镜在0V、20V、50V和60V时的Zernike多项式系数较小,残余均方根(root mean square,RMS)反应出整个变焦透镜初级像差较小,成像效果较好,为我国研究双液体变焦透镜提供参考和比较。
In recent years, double-liquid variable-focus lens has achieved so considerable development in terms of its structure, zoom performance and practical application. Similar study, development and design have also been carried in China independently. On the basis of measuring the focal length of the double-liquid variable-focus lens sample of Varioptic Company in France, ZYGO interferometer is used, optical paths is designed, and the aberration of the lens sample is also determined. According to the experiment, it is found that the multinomial coefficient Zernike of Arctic 320 double-liquid variable-focus lens is relatively small at 0 V, 20 V, 50 V and 60 V. Root Mean Square (RMS) reflects that the primary aberration of the whole variable-focus lens is not obvious and the effect of imaging is favorable, which provides references and comparison for domestic studies on double-liquid variable-focus lens.
