摘要
运用AnyCasting对齿圈座铸件工艺方案进行模拟,结果表明铸件存在铸造缺陷。针对原工艺存在的不足,对工艺进行了优化,包括浇注系统和冒口的设计、冷铁的放置等。工艺优化后,铸件缺陷出现的概率大大降低,铸件工艺出品率得到提高。
The casting process of gear seat was simulated by the AnyCasting software. The results show that the casting defects exist in the gear seat ring. Aiming at the disadvantages of the initiall process, optimized measures were presented as follows: optimizing gating system and riser design, setting chills, etc. After optimization, the probability of defects was decreased greatly, and the technological yield was increased.
