漏斗型双振动头功率超声对A356半固态组织的影响

Effects of Power Ultrasonic Funnel-Type Double Vibrating Heads on the Microstructure of A356 Semi-Solid

摘要 设计了一套漏斗型双振头功率超声装置,并利用该装置制备了A356半固态浆料,研究了相关工艺参数对半固态微观组织的影响。将熔体温度为590~620℃的A356铝液浇入漏斗中,调整漏斗角度及漏斗缝隙进行双超声振动处理,然后进行水淬。对各种条件下的水淬试样分别取不同部位进行金相试样分析。结果发现,对向角度为60°,浇注温度为610℃时,试样边缘组织的平均晶粒直径约为30m,平均形状因子约为0.84。 We have developed a set of power ultrasonic funnel-type double vibrating head equipment to prepare semi-solid A356 alloy slurry, and the effects of the relevant process parameters on the micro- structure of semi-solid A356 alloy slurry were investigated . The A356 liquid aluminum at 590-620 ℃ was poured into the funnel with adjusting the funnel angle and funnel slits combining at power ultrasonic double vibrating head treatment, and then was quenched in water. The specimens were cut at different position to observe mierostructure after water quenching under the different conditions. The results show that average grain diameter and the average shape factor in outer mierostructure reach about 30 μm and 0.84, respectively, with the angle of 60 o to angle at 610 ℃ .
