双极脉冲射频热凝术联合医用三氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出所致腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察双极脉冲射频热凝术联合医用三氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出所致腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法针对腰椎间盘突出致腰椎管狭窄症患者18例,进行双极脉冲射频热凝加医用三氧注射术,于术前与术后不同时点记录患者疼痛评分与疗效。结果与术前相比,术后1个月、6个月、12个月时VAS均降低(P〈0.05),患者完全缓解率分别达50%(9/18例)、83.3%(15/18例)和88.9%(16/18例)。结论双极脉冲射频联合医用三氧注射术是一种有效治疗腰椎间盘突出所致腰椎管狭窄症的方法。 Objective To observe the efficacy of bipolar pulsed radiofrequency combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of patients with spinal canal stenosis caused by lumbar inter- vertebral disc herniation. Methods Eighteen patients with pain due to spinal canal stenosis caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with combined therapy of intradiscal bipolar pulsed radiofrequency and medical ozone injection. VAS and the efficacy were recorded before and after the treatment. Results Compared with pretreatment, complete pain relief rates were 50%(9/18 cases), VAS was significantly decreased (P〈0.05), the 83.3%(15/18 cases)and 88.9%(16/18 cases) at the first, sixth and twelfth month after the treatment respectively. Conclusions Bipolar pulsed radiofrequency combined with medical ozone injection is an effective method in the treatment of patients with spinal canal stenosis caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
