摘要
采用浸渗法在泡沫铝试件空隙中渗入环氧树脂,运用实验法研究泡沫铝-环氧树脂复合材料的阻尼性能;经过与纯泡沫铝的阻尼性能相比较,得出泡沫铝复合材料的阻尼性能明显高于纯泡沫铝的阻尼性能;明确了泡沫铝/环氧树脂复合材料的阻尼性能、泡沫铝孔隙结构(孔径及相对密度)与振动频率的关系。
Epoxy resin was infiltrated into the porous of foam aluminum by melt infiltration. The damping property of foam aluminum-epoxy resin composite was studied by experimental method. The damping property of the composite was significantly better than that of the pure aluminum foam's, after compared with the damping property of pure foam aluminum. The change of damping property of foam aluminum composite which change with pore structure parameters of foam aluminum (pore size and relative density) and the excitation frequency can be obtained by experiment.
