摘要
采用喷丸方法对35钢轮胎模具进行表面处理,然后再蒸发镀上一层致密的铝膜之后,研究了轮胎模具表面形成微纳结构组织性能的变化。研究讨论微纳结构镀铝膜对35钢表面的硬度、耐磨性能以及疏水性能的影响。结果表明:表面可以有效表面地提高模具的脱模性和疏水性,延长模具使用寿命。
The changes of micro-nano microstmcture and performance formed on the surface of the tire mold, after the shot peening surface treatment on the surface of the tire mold with 35 steel and then evaporation deposition on the dense layer of the aluminum film were discussed. The influences of the micro-nano structure aluminizer on the surface hardness, wear resistance and hydrophobic properties of 35 steel were discussed also. The results show that the demould performance and hydrophobic of mold increase effectively, and the worldife of mold is improved.
