摘要 目的:探索LED应用在综合医院医用照明的设计方案。方法:介绍国家标准对医疗建筑照明的要求,选择综合医院环境完全相同的室内公共区域,分别采用LED照明和传统照明,根据GB 5700—2008中的测试方法测试出照度,通过3个月的数据采集,统计各个区域的照度值变化和耗电量,计算出照明功率密度值、照明均匀度、光衰等数据。结果:经过3个区域的数据比较,采用LED照明功率密度为传统照明功率密度的0.49、0.47、0.55倍时,平均照度分别提高1.11、1.38、1.86倍,照度均匀度质量分别提高6、11、-1个百分点,光衰分别降低78%、66%、78.5%。结论:在医用照明系统中,采用LED照明相对传统照明至少节能50%。为了达到国家标准要求的照度值,建议将门诊、过道、护士站等区域的照明功率密度值设为5.7~6.5 W/m2。 To explore the LED application in general hospital medical lighting design. ~ Some indoor publi~ areas similar to general hospital were selected according to the national standard of medical building lighting. GB 5700--20(~8 was used to test the illuminance of LED lighting and the traditional one. A 3-month data acquisition was performed for the illuminances and electricity consumptions in the areas, and then the values for lighting power densities, illumination uniformities, luminous decay and etc were calculated. ~ The data from three areas showed that when the density of LED lighting was 0.49, 0.47 or 0.55 times of that of the traditional one, the average illumination was 1.11, 1.38 or 1.86 times respectively, the illumination uniformity was increased by 6, 11 or -1 percent respectively, and the luminous decay decreased by 78%, 66% or 78.5%. e.m^hlm In medical lighting system, LED lighting makes the energy saved by 50% when Compared with the traditional one, and it's suggested that the power density be limited between 5.7 W/m2 and 6.5 W/m2 in the outpatient department, corridor and nursing station.
