摘要 目的探讨CXC类趋化因子受体(CXCR4)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达和临床意义。方法采用免疫组化检测手术切除的60例NSCLC组织标本、30例转移淋巴结和20例正常肺组织中CXCR4、MMP-2的表达,分析其表达与患者临床病理特征间的关系,探讨两者间的相关性。结果 CXCR4在NSCLC组织中、转移淋巴结、正常肺组织中的阳性表达率分别为68.33%、93.33%和20%,MMP-2在NSCLC组织中、转移淋巴结、正常肺组织中的阳性表达率分别为58.33%、43.3%和15%。CXCR4的表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关(P<0.05)。MMP-2在正常肺组织、转移淋巴结、非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达逐渐增高,与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期相关(P<0.05)。NSCLC组织中CXCR4、MMP-2表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CXCR4在介导非小细胞肺癌转移过程中可能起重要作用,MMP-2与CXCR4之间存在某种机制发生联系促进肿瘤转移。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CXCR4, MMP-2 in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Expressions of CXCR4 and MMP-2 were evaluated by immunohistochemical staining in 60 surgi- cally resected specimens of non-small cell lung cancer, 30 cases of regional metastasized lymph nodes and 20 samples of normal lung tissues. The relationship between the two protein was analyzed. Results CXCR4 protein was detected in 68. 33% cases of primary NSCLC, in 93. 33% cases of regional metastasized lymph nodes, and in 20% cases of normal lung tissues. MMP-2 expression in 58. 33% in NSCLC, in 43. 33% in metastasized lymph nodes and in 15% cases of nor- mal lung tissues. Expression of CXCR4 was associated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P〈0. 05)MMP-2 expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis, the degree of? histological differentiation and TNM stage(P〈0. 05). CXCR4 expression was positively correlated with MMP-2 expression (P〈0.05). Conclusion CXCR4 may play an important role during the progression of NSCLC and there might be some regulatory mechanism existing be- tween CXCR4 and MMP-2.
