摘要
目的探讨乳腺超声影像报告和数据系统(Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System,BI-RADS)在乳腺癌筛查中的应用价值。方法对2011年1月1日~2013年4月30日在我院门诊、体检中心及社区作乳腺检查的1588例女性作了BI-RADS分级,并对其中111例经手术病理证实的患者结果与BI-RADS分级进行相关分析。结果1588例女性中,BI_RADS分级:1级3例(O.19%);2级680例(42.82%);3级748例(47.10%);4级132例(8.31%);5级25例(1.57%)。手术的111例患者中良性肿块71例,恶性肿块40例,与超声BI-RADS分级密切相关,尤其分级为4级、5级的患者,超声诊断与手术病理结果的符合率分别达到76%与96%。结论超声BI-RADS分级在社区乳腺癌筛查中,不但能提高诊断的特异性,而且还可提高时乳腺恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性,具有重要的推广应用价值。
Objective To study the application value of ultrasonic Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI- RADS) classification in breast cancer screening. Methods 8760 cases of breast cancer patients treated with BI-RADS classification were analyzed. Results Level 1 of 3 cases accounted for 0.19~ (3/1588). Level 2 accounted for 42.82 (680/1588). Level 3 accounted for 47.10~ (748/1588). Level 4 accounted for 8.31~ (132/1588). Level 5 cases accoun- ted for 1.57~ (25/1588). Among them, 111 cases were surgeries, 71 cases were benign breast masses and 40 eases are malignant tumors. Conclusion Ultrasonic BI-RADS classification to screening for breast cancer in community not only improves the specificity of diagnosis, and but also increases the susceptibility to breast cancer of malignant tumors.
