摘要
建立了一种高效液相色谱测定猕猴桃中维生素C含量的方法。采用0.1%草酸作为提取剂,色谱中采用HYPERSIL-C18色谱柱,0.1%草酸水作为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,紫外检测器检测波长为254nm。结果表明,维生素C在10—500μg/mL内有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=125.51x+225.54,R^2=0.9987,方法回收率为79.2%~98.7%。该测定方法简便、快速,能准确测定猕猴桃中维生素C的含量。
A method of detecting the content of vitamin C in the kiwifi'uit by HPLC was established. A HYPERSI L - C18 column was used,the flow phase was 0.1% oxalicacid, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 254 nm in the HPLC system. The standard working curve of vitamin C had a good linear relation in the concentration range of 10 - 500 μ g/mL, the linear equation was y =125.51x +225.54 and the related coefficient was 0.998 7,the recoveries were 79.2%-98.7%. This method was simple,fast and suitable to detect the content of vitamin C in kiwifruit.
