摘要
知识是企业竞争优势的重要来源,企业日益重视对企业外部尤其是竞争对手知识的获取和利用。相似的知识基和便利的扩散渠道使得竞争企业间的知识扩散成为可能。方式各样的扩散模式则为竞争企业间知识扩散提供了方式、方法与手段。竞争企业间知识扩散具有一定的独特性,受诸多要素的影响,根据扩散媒介、知识特性及主体间关系的不同,本文概括出了9种不同知识扩散模式。知识扩散机制则从企业内部为竞争企业间的知识扩散提供了程序保证,保证了知识的持续演进和企业竞争优势的持续获得。扩散环境、扩散模式、扩散机制彼此相互交织、共同作用,促进了竞争企业间的知识扩散,并表现为企业专利及新产品的增加、经济效益的提升等。
The knowledge is the source of competitive advantages.Firm is paying more attention to outer knowledge accession and knowledge acquisition especially to their competitors'.The similar knowledge base and convenient diffusion channel enable the knowledge diffusion among competitive firms.The diversities of diffusion modes provide quomodos for competitive knowledge diffusion.The competitive knowledge diffusion has its distinctive features.It is affected by a good many factors.Nine diffusion modes were proposed based on the diffusion mediums,knowledge peculiarities and interfirm relations.The knowledge diffusion mechanism provides procedure guaranty for competitive knowledge diffusion.It keeps the knowledge evolving and sustained competitiveness.The interaction of knowledge diffusion environment,diffusion mode and diffusion mechanism promotes competitive knowledge diffusion by representation of the increase of patents and new products or the boost of revenue.
