摘要
在比较研究的基础上,以沈阳大学新民师范学院为例,系统分析总结了转型期学生管理工作的特色及存在的问题,并借鉴美国同时期学生事务管理的理论精髓与实践经验,对学生管理工作提出建议和对策。
Based on the comparison study, taking Xinmin Normal School of Shenyang University as an example, the characteristics and problems of the work of student management in transitional period are systematically analyzed and summarized. Learning from the essence of the theory and practical experience of student affairs in same period of United States, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for student management.
