摘要
分析了跨文化沟通中存在的问题,以及产生问题的原因。认为良好的商务环境的营造也需要通过跨文化沟通来实现。论述了跨文化沟通在商务环境中的作用,提出了跨文化冲突的解决方法及对策。
The problems in cross-cultural communication are analyzed, as well as the causes of the problems. Besides, developing good business environment is also achieved by multicultural communication. The functions of multicultural communication in business environment are emphasized and the problems encountered in multicultural communication are solved.
