摘要
一种简单、低成本的磁性流体制备方法会使磁性流体的应用更为广泛,本文中我们利用低成本的FeCl3.6H2O、FeSO4.7H2O和NH3.H2O为原料用化学共沉淀法制备了油酸包覆Fe3O4纳米磁粉,通过相转移法将这种表面功能化的磁粉转移到机油和正己烷混合液,经过加热完全蒸发掉正己烷后得到了性能稳定的机油基磁性流体。
A simple,low cost synthesis method will widen the application of magnetic fluid.In this paper,we use low cost FeCl3.6H2O、FeSO4.7H2O and ammonium hydroxide as raw material,and the oleic surface functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles are prepared by chemical coprecipitation.Through phase transfer method,the surface functionalized magnetic nanoparticles are transferred to the mixture of n-hexane and engine oil.After the n-hexane are completely evaporated,a stable engine oil-based magnetic fluid is synthesized.
