摘要
文章针对沥青混合料的抗剪切性能来进行级配设计,逐级填充以成型不同级配的标准大马歇尔试件,以单轴贯入试验的方法确定大粒径沥青混合料抗剪切性能最佳级配,并将试验得到的最佳级配与现行工地用级配进行试验对比。试验结果表明,大粒径沥青混合料经过抗剪切级配设计后,其抗剪切性能得到了明显提高,为大粒径沥青混合料的抗裂性研究提供了可靠的级配基础。
The gradation design of asphalt mixture based on shear performance was put forward. A se ries of large Marshall test pieces were made through filling aggregates step by step. The uniaxial pen etration test was carried out to find the best gradation corresponding to the best shear performance of large stone asphalt mixture. According to several comparison tests between practical gradation and de signed gradation, it was found that the shear performance of large stone asphalt mixture was signifi cantly improved by the gradation design. The result would provide a reliable gradation foundation for the crack resistance study of large stone asphalt mixture.
