摘要
情报学学科体系构建研究的目的是在信息-知识-智能转化律视角下探讨构建情报学学科的总体框架,为解决其学科独立地位的问题并推动情报学恢复其本来面目而奠定部分理论基础。综述了情报学学科体系研究成果并论述了其中存在的问题,最后在信息-知识-智能转化律视角下界定情报概念并提出统一"信知-谋情-决行"的智能观后尝试构建了新的情报学学科体系。
The purpose of intelligence studies disciplinary system building is to explore and build the framework of intelligence studies discipline from the information – knowledge – wisdom transformation law perspective,so as to lay some foundation theory for solving the problem of its discipline independence and driving intelligence studies to return to its true features.In this article,we firstly summarized the research findings of intelligence studies disciplinary system and then discussed its problem.Finally after having defined the concept of intelligence and put forward a wisdom view model which unified ＂ Information Knowledge – Scheme Intelligence – Decision Execute＂ under the perspective of the information – knowledge – wisdom transformation law,we tried to build a new disciplinary system of intelligence studies.
