摘要
目的探讨高频电刀辅助小切口阑尾切除术的临床治疗效果。方法 2010年1月～2012年12月我院采用高频电刀辅助小切口行兰阑尾切除术53例,并与传统手术对照,对比两组患者的各项指标。结果手术均获成功。手术时间、手术后进食时间、住院时间均显著改善,且无手术并发症。结论高频电刀辅助小切口阑尾切除术是一种切口小、损伤小、手术时间短、恢复快、并发症少的手术方式,值得基层医院临床应用推广。
To investigate the clinical effect of high-frequency electric knife assisted small inci- sion appendectomy. Methods 53 patients during January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital in obser- vation group were treated with high-frequency electric knife assisted small incision appendectomy, control group was treated with traditional surgery. The two groups were compared with clinical data. Results The procedure was successful. Operation time, eating time, hospitalization time were significantly improved, and no surgical complications. Conclusions The high-frequency electric knife assisted small incision my is a surgery of small incision, less damage, shorter operative time, quicker recovery, fewer co it is worthy o.f clinical application and promotion in primary, hospital. appendecto- mplications ,
