摘要
对红钢炼铁工序中的有害元素来源、平衡及生产进行总结,并就各有害元素在高炉不同生产条件下的分配比率进行统计分析。表明在红钢条件下S、KNa、PbZn等有害元素负荷分别达到5.0 kg/t、5.5 kg/t、2.0kg/t,对产品质量、炉型、生产技术指标均产生了不良影响;采取了若干有针对性的治理措施后,各有害元素脱除率分别达到了85%、95%、85%以上,不但使高炉继续保持了一定水平的稳定生产,也做到了因地制宜合理利用本地化资源。
The source of harmful elements, the elements balance and the effect of harmful elements on production in ironmaking process in Honghe Steel is summarized, and the distribution ratio of each harmful element under different production condition of the blast furnace is statistically analyzed. Under current smelting condition of Honghe Steel, when the harmful elements load of S, K and Na, Pb and Zn reaches 5.0kg/t, 5.5kg/t, 2.0kg/t respectively, the harmful elements will have bad effects on product quality, furnace profile, techno- logical production target. The removal rate of the harmful elements is more than 85% , 95% , 85% respectively after taking several targeted control measures, which not only continuously maintains the stable production of the blast furnace at certain level, but also rationally utilizes the localized resource according to local conditions.
