以安监总局对"加氢工艺"的基本控制要求为线索,对照某公司3万吨/年环己烷装置中以高纯度的苯和氢气为原料,采用固定床气相加氢生产环己烷的生产工艺,从重点参数监控的设置情况到紧急停车系统的设置等方面介绍了设计采取的相应安全措施。
The administration of work safety control of ＂hydrogenation process＂ as the clue,contrast a company of 30000 tons/year cyclohexane by high purity benzene and hydrogen as raw material,using the production process of the fixed bed gas hydrogenation to cyclohexane,introduce the corresponding safety measures are designed to take from setting monitoring key parameters to the emergency shutdown system settings.
