摘要
针对目前飞机钣金零件检验没有统一合理的标准检验过程,以VC++6.0与Oracle 10g数据库及CAA为平台,从三维数模中提取零件检验信息,采用专家系统或人工交互式的形式,设计规划基于特征的飞机钣金零件检验路线,以合理检验路线实现检验过程与数字化设计、加工过程的有效衔接,确保检验的合理、准确和高效.
Aiming at aircraft sheet metal parts inspection process without no reasonable standards, taking VC++6. 0 and Oracle 10g Database and CAA for platform, inspection information is extracted from 313 model. Taking expert system or artificial interactive inspection path planning is de signed based on the feature of aircraft sheet metal parts. A reasonable route inspection process is planned. Inspection process and the effective connection of digital design are im plemented to ensure that inspection is reasonable, accurate and efficient.
