摘要
自主设计制造了甲醛吸收仪,建立了一种无破损检测纺织品中甲醛含量的新方法.该方法的定量下限(S/N=10)为10.9 mg/kg,低于国家标准方法的最低检测浓度.最优化的测试条件为:筒内温度45℃、转筒转速V=12.5 r/min、吸收液(水)用量300 mL.该实验方法用于较低质量分数甲醛的测定方面较国家标准方法更加具有优越性.
A new method for detection of formaldehyde in undamaged textiles was established, in the experiment, the formaldehyde was absorbed by self-designed equipment and measured by the spectrophotography. The detection limit was 10. 9 mg/kg which is lower than that in the GB18401-2001 for determination of the formaldehyde content in textiles. The experimental conditions such as temperature, rotational speed and absorption solvent were opti-mized. The optimum test conditions : 300 mL absorption liquid ( water), maximum drum speed V = 12.5 r/min, at 45 ℃ thermostatic. The result showed that this new method was superior to that of GB18401-2001 when the formal-dehyde content was low.
