摘要
在西部大开发中,西部地级城市的版图规模与城市人口规模实现了跨越式发展,西部各省、市、自治区所辖的地级城市快速崛起,也给城市的安全管理增加了难度.尤其是城市消防安全管理存在不安全隐患的问题十分突出,制约和影响着这些新兴城市的健康发展.
In the great western development of China,the western prefecture-level cities have undergone a great-leap-forward development in terms of city size and population.The rapid upgrowth of the many prefecture-level cities in the western provinces and autonomous regions has also posed tough difficulties in security management.Difficulties concerning fire safety management,in particular,are particularly outstanding in hindering the healthy development for these boom towns.
