摘要
高校教师办社会工作服务机构得到一定发展,在促进教学、学生专业实习、学科建设、社会服务等方面发挥了明显的积极作用。领办机构教师为了机构的建立和发展做了大量工作,教师对于办机构与本职工作的整体性理解和实践同学校(教育制度)对它的分离性理解和判断形成"叠错"现象。双方认知上的严重错位会影响办机构教师的积极性,进而对社会工作教育和社会工作事业的发展造成不利影响,应该完善教师评价制度,支持教师领办社会工作服务机构。
The social service agencies founded by university teachers have made some progress these years and been playing an obviously active role in enhancing university teaching,internships for students,discipline construction and social service.All these achievements owe much to the teacher leaders.However,they do not get the supports from the universities they work for,because running organizations is excluded from the current teacher evaluation systems in universities.Social work teachers who are operating institutions have integrated views on teaching and practice,and therefore they choose to set up agencies.The different understandings between teachers and universities constitute the overlap and divergence of teacher's role.This dilemma is disappointing and frustrating the teachers and then will have a negative effect on the development of social work education and social work profession.In view of this,the reformation of teacher evaluation system should be an appropriate way to encourage university teachers to lead social service agencies.
