摘要
根据高速道岔监造管理办法,介绍道岔质量监督工作概况。在分析道岔各生产环节质量控制特点的基础上,提出关键环节的控制重点,并从技术标准、质量体系、管理办法、沟通机制、团队建设和政策支持等方面提出建议和办法,以进一步完善道岔质量监督工作,提升产品质量把控水平。
According to the supervision management rule of high-speed turnout manufacture, the general situation of turnout quality monitoring is introduced. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of quality controlling in each of the production procedures of the high-speed turnout, the controlling emphasis of the key procedures are proposed. Meanwhile, to further improve the quality supervision of the turnout, the relevant advices and solutions are presented for technical standards, quality system, management pattern, communication mechanism, con- struction of the team and the supporting policies.
