摘要
在简述某复合材料在空间领域的应用事例之后,指出改进真空气密性能的必要性。在归纳热固性树脂基复合材料真空气密性问题的特点之后,提出要使复合材料构件在真空度小于10-3Pa等空间环境条件下漏率小于10-10Pa.m3/s、总质量损失小于1.00%、可凝挥发物小于0.10%,应从设计、制造和使用的各个环节采取系统性的措施。随后从材料选择、结构设计、工艺路线设计、工艺方法选择、工艺控制措施、包装、运输、贮存、使用和维护方面,共计介绍了数十条可提升真空气密性能的技术措施。
After describing some composite using in space briefly,indicated the essentiality of improving vacuum air-proof performance.summarized the vacuum air-proof characteristic of thermosetting resin matrix composite,pointed out that many measures in the process of product-designing,manufacturing and using should be taken to make composite′s leaking rate less than 10-10 Pa·m3/s,TML less than 1.00%,CVCM less than 0.10% in space condition of 10-3 Pa vacuum and so on.then introduced more than ten technic measures from material,structure,technics route,method,measure,packing,transport,conservation,use and maintenance.and testified their availability in using composite
