摘要
:2 0 0只艾维茵商品代肉鸡常规育雏 ,15日龄时随机分为两组 ,10 0只在常规温度 (2 2~2 3)℃下饲养 ,为常温组 ;10 0只在低温 (9~ 11)℃环境中饲养 ,为低温组。利用右心导管法动态测定肺动脉压 (PAPm) ,并测定腹水心脏指数 (AHI) ,统计各组腹水发生率。结果为 :(1)分组后 7、2 1d ,低温组PAPm极显著高于常温组 (P <0 0 1) ;低温组腹水发生率显著高于常温组 (P <0 0 5)。表明低温可引起肺动脉高压 (PH) ,低温引起腹水发生率增加。 (2 )肺动脉高压出现早于右心肥大 ,2 9日龄后二者相关性逐渐加强 (2 9日龄r=0 .4 4 59,P <0 0 5;50日龄r =0 .70 74 ,P <0 .0 1) ,表明肺动脉高压引起右心肥大 ,表现为AHI升高。 (3)发生腹水鸡PAPm达最大值 ,显著高于未发腹水鸡 (P <0 0 5)。表明肺动脉高压发展到一定程度后导致腹水产生。本实验证明肺动脉高压与腹水综合征的发生发展关系密切 。
:Two hundred 15 days of age commercial broiler chickens were randomly divided into two groups.One hundred birds reared at (22~23) ℃(normal ambient temperature NT).one hundred birds reared at (9~11) ℃ (low ambient temperature LT).At 15、22、29、36、,50 days of age.10 birds were selected randomly from each group for measuring the pulmonary artery pressure by right cardiac catheter,and measuring the AHI and the incidence of ascites syndrome (AS).The results were as follows(1)At 22,36 days of age,the PAPm of LT was significantly higher than that of NT (P<0.01),The incidence of AS in group LT (25%) was higher than that of NT (10%) (P<0.05).It showed that low temperature colld induce pulmonary hypertension (PH) and lead to AS occurrence.(2) PH occurred earlier than right ventricular hypertrophy (AHI increased), after 29 days of age,the correlation between PAPm and AHI gradually rised (29d r=0 4459 P<0.05,50d r=0.7074 P<0 01).It indicated that PH could induce right ventricular hypertrophy and increase the ascites heart index (AHI).(3) The PAPm of ascitic chickens was significantly higher than that of nonascitic chickens.It showed that PH could lead to the occurrence of Ascites.As a result,the PH had a close relationship with AS and played an important role in AS.
