摘要
贝母生物碱具有显著的生理活性,是贝母属植物的有效成分,提取分离是生物碱制备的关键环节。因此,贝母生物碱的提取分离方法备受人们关注。本文综述了贝母生物碱提取分离的传统方法及新技术的应用概况,分析了它们的原理及优缺点,探讨了生物碱提取的发展前景,为贝母生物碱的药理研究提供了参考。
The significant physiological activities of Fritillaria alkaloids are the effective ingredients of the Fritillaria plants. The extraction and separation of alkaloids paly key roles in preparation. The methods of extraction and separation in Fritillaria alkaloids attract much attention all the time. In this paper, the method of traditional extraction and separation in Fritillaria alkaloids and it~ general situation of new technology applications were summarized, their principles and the advantages or disadvantages and discussed the prospects for the development of alkaloids extraction and separation were analysed. Thus, it will provide technical assurance in exploring study of the pharmacology of Fritillaria alkaloids.
