摘要
通过HIS和ERP系统及唯一性条形码标签的应用,实现医用高值耗材从采购、入库、出库等各环节精细化管理,以体现以入为出、零占用款、环环相扣的闭合管理模式,在提高耗材管理效率与质量的同时减少了人力与物资成本,从而提升医院高值耗材精细化管理的整体水平。
By combination of HIS and ERP and the use of bareode management, the meticulous management of high - value consumables is realized from every sector in the entire process such as procurement, entry and shipment. This management, which is a kind of closed management achieving zero - inventory, zero - occupied amount of money and seamless management, reduces the human and material costs while improving the efficiency and quality of supply management, and enhances the over- all hospital＇s meticulous management level of high - value consumables.
