摘要
独立学院是我国高等教育由精英教育向大众教育转型和发展过程中一项重要的制度创新。独立学院的学生是按照本科三批录取的,他们整体成绩较差,自控能力较弱。近几年,独立学院学生的留级生群体所占比例不断上升。这些留级生在心理和行为上存在很多问题,如果不进行及时地辅导和管理,将会对学校各级各类部门提出严峻的挑战。本文旨在调查留级生的基本状况,并且试图从学校,家长和朋辈三方面提出相应对策。
Independent college is the systemic innovation of the transformation from elite education to universal education. Students in in- dependent colleges have relative lower grades and weaker self-control abilities. In recent years, the ratio of detained students in indepen- dent colleges keeps increasing for various reasons. They have many problems in psychology and behaviors, which will pose severe chal- lenges to the colleges without ＇timely guidance and management. This article aims at investigating the detained students＇ psychological problems and advancing corresponding strategies for solving them.
