摘要
阐述了高性能电动舵机负载模拟器工作原理,分析了其关键计量特性及其校准难点,提出了动静态加载力矩原位校准方法和多余力矩消除性能的模拟测试方法,并对动静态加载力矩校准测试的误差进行了简要分析。
Working principle is expounded on high-performance electric rudder load simulator system, and the key metrological characteris-tics and its calibration difficulties are analyzed. Dynamic and static load torque in situ calibration method is proposed, the simulation test method of surplus torque to eliminate performance is put forward, and the error of dynamic and static load torque calibration test are briefly analyzed.
