摘要
田径运动的训练方式不拘一格,如何根据中国青少年身心发展特点,制定出较为科学、合理的训练量和训练强度并不太容易把握。通过分析影响青少年田径训练的因素,提出如何制定出较为合理的田径训练模式。
The athletics training method are not to stick to one pattern.How to set up a scientific,rational training quantity and intensity according to the physical and mental development characteristics of Chinese teenagers is not easy to grasp.This article put forward how to develop track and field training mode more reasonable based on analyze the influence factors of adolescent athletics training.
