降低HRB400热轧带肋钢筋负差率和合金成本工艺研究

摘要 运用六西格玛方法,对HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的性能和负差率等进行了系统分析,找出了负差率和性能的相关因素,利用DOE试验优化了化学成分。优化后,负差率提高了0.45%,钒含量降低了0.009%,成分合格率由72.33%提高到96.89%,性能控制合格率达到99.88%。 With SIX Sigma method, the performance and negative differential of HRB400 hot rolling ribbed bar are systematic analyzed, the correlative factors found out, the chemical composition is optimized with DOE test. After that the negative differential is increased by 0.45%, vanadium content reduced by 0.009%, qualified rate of composition increased from 72.33 to 96.89%, performance control qualified rate reached to 99.88%.
