摘要
采用优化的毛细管气相色谱法对不同厂家、不同酒龄的枣酒中高级醇的含量进行分析。结果表明,方法的相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率在93.33%-106.33%之间,最低检出限在0.002-0.007mg/mL之间。不同厂家生产的不同酒龄枣酒中高级醇总量一般在0.810-2.712mg/mL之间。
Higher alcohols content in jujube wine of different wine age and produced by different manufacturers was measured by optimized capillary gas chromatography in this experiment. The results showed that the relative standard deviation was less than 5 %, the recovery ratio was between 93.33 %-106.33 %, and the minimum detection limit was between 0.002-0.007 mg/mL. The content of higher alcohols in jujube wine of different wine age and produced by different manufacturers was usually between 0.810-2.712 mg/mL.
