摘要
以乙酸正丁酯为内标,采用气相色谱质谱联用仪对酒尾微量成分进行分析,并与优质白酒进行对比分析。结果表明,酒尾中丙酸、异丁酸、戊酸、乳酸乙酯含量较优质白酒高,乙酸乙酯、己酸乙酯含量很低;酒尾与优质白酒微量成分有很大差异,为了利用酒尾,必须对微量成分进行分离;气相色谱质谱联用内标法定量分析结果合理,可作为酒尾综合利用的理论参考。
The trace components of tail liquor ofNong-flavor Daqu were determined by internal standard method (butyl acetate as internal standard) coupled with GC-MS. Compared with quality liquor, the content of propionic acid, isobutyric acid, pentanoic acid and ethyl lactate in tail liquor were higher, and the content of ethyl acetiate and ethyl caproate were lower, which suggested that there was great difference in trace corn ponents between tail liquor and quality liquor. In order to utilize tail liquor in practice, its trace components must be separated firstly. GC-MS cou- pled with internal standard method was suitable for the determination of trace components of tail liquor and could provide useful theoretical refer ence for the comprehensive utilization of tail liquor.
