糖尿病的胎儿起源及机制研究

摘要 近年来,全世界范围内的糖尿病患病率迅速上升,2000年到2010年十年间,全球糖尿病患者人数由1.21亿增长到了2.85亿。根据国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)估计,全球糖尿病人已超过3亿,到2030年,该数字可能攀升到4.38亿,其中绝大多数为2型糖尿病患者。在国外,2型糖尿病(T2DM)占整个糖尿病比例的85%~95%,而国内报道占90%以上。
