摘要
为探索适宜硬叶兜兰快速繁殖的培养基,进而为其种苗的大量繁殖提供理论依据,采用无菌播种建立无性系的方法对硬叶兜兰进行了研究。结果表明:以萌芽率作为评价标准,1/4 MS为适宜硬叶兜兰无菌播种的培养基。1/4 MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+100 ml/L香蕉汁是适宜原球茎分化增殖的培养基。1/4 MS+IBA1.0 mg/L+0.5 g/L AC是适宜生根的培养基。炼苗7 d,以树皮:蛭石(2:1)为基质移栽成活率最高。
Rapid propagation of Paphiopedilum micranthum Tang. in vitro was studied. The optimal media for germination, proliferation and root inducing culture were selected. The study showed that the preferable media for germination was 1/4MS. The optimum multiplication medium was 1/4MS + 6 - BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0. 2 mg/L + 100 mL/L Banana Juice. 1/4MS + IBA1.0 mg/L + 0. 5g/L AC was the optimum rooting medium. Habituation time and transplanting survival rate weree all obviously high with 7d and the substrate mixed with the bark and ver- miculite (2 : 1 ).
