光纤Bragg光栅传感器在煤岩声发射预测中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为克服以往声传感器在煤岩环境下易受电磁干扰、灵敏度低和无法实现长距离传输管线的监测,同时为了克服以往传感器在搜集声发射信息传播过程中的衰减的弊端。文章提出了"听诊式"光纤Bragg光栅声发射传感器,对声发射信号进行收集,进而来判断岩石的稳定程度。在实验室建立起煤矿巷道的物理模型,在每个岩样的测试点采用煤岩声发射预测系统。根据现场在实验室进行模拟。实验结果表明:该检测系统能够提供详细的巷道煤岩的声发射信息的分布情况,从而实现及时准确的报警,以便工作人员作出相应的针对措施。 In order to overcome the previous acoustic sensor's shortcomings, such as susceptible to electromagnetic interference;low sensitivity and unable to realize long distance transmission in coal, at the same time,in order to o-vercome the past sensors's acoustic emission information attenuation drawbacks in collecting and transmission. This paper puts forward " auscultation type" optical fiber Bragg grating acoustic emission sensor to collect acoustic emission information, it can judge the stability of the rock. it was applied in a concrete coal mine model founded by our laboratory, At each sample test points using coal and rock acoustic emission prediction system. According to the scene to simulate in the laboratory. The experimental results show that the coal rock alarm monitoring system can provide detailed acoustic emission information distribution of coal mine and give an alarm timely and accurately, making it easier for the workers to find the unstabitily zones accurately.
