摘要
大庆石化公司重油催化裂化装置改造原料雾化喷嘴后,在原料油性质、催化剂种类及性质、工艺操作条件相似的条件下,应用CS-Ⅱ喷嘴,原料雾化效果理想,产品分布更为合理,装置干气及焦炭产率降低,汽油、柴油等轻质油及总液收率增加,装置能耗降低,收到了良好的效果。
Since the Heavy Oil Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company modified the feedstock atomizing nozzles and CS-II nozzles were used under the conditions of similar raw oil property , catalyst type and process operation condition , the feedstock atomizing effect has been ideal , product distribution has been more reasonable , dry gas and coke yield of the unit has increased , the light oils such as gasoline , diesel and the total liquid yield have increased , the energy consumption of the unit has been reduced , and good result has been obtained.
