灰树花多糖对罗非鱼非特异性免疫力的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为探究灰树花多糖对吉富罗非鱼免疫细胞和抗氧化酶活性的影响,在饲料中添加不同质量分数的灰树花多糖。将规格相同、质量140-150g的吉富罗非鱼随机分为3个处理组,饲养在装有温度为26-30℃的曝气自来水的水箱(60cm×42cm×38cm)中,投喂添加质量分数为0、0.05%、0.20%灰树花多糖的饲料,饲喂一个月。试验结果表明,灰树花多糖能增加吉富罗非鱼红细胞和白细胞数量,但对白细胞吞噬活性无明显影响。灰树花多糖对血清、肝脏中过氧化物酶活性有显著促进作用,且表现出明显的剂量效应;对超氧化物歧化酶活性表现出一定的低促高抑现象;过氧化氢酶活性受多糖的促进作用随时问延长逐渐减弱。研究结果显示,饲料中添加灰树花多糖可在一定程度上增强吉富罗非鱼的非特异性免疫力。 In this experiment, the effects of different concentrations of Griflola frondosas polysaccharides (GFP) on the immunocytes and antioxidant enzyme activity were investigated in Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus. The tilapia with body weight of 140-150 g were randomly stocked into tanks of 60 cm×42 cm ×38 cm, and fed three kinds of feed supplemented with the polysaccharides at a rate of 0, 0.05% and 0.20% with triplication at water temperature of 26-30℃ for one month. It was found that the GFP led to increase in the number of erythrocyte and leukocyte, but had no significant effect on the phagocytic activity of leukocytes. The significant promotive and dose effects of GFP on the activity of peroxidase (POD) were observed in the serum and liver. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was induced by low concentration of GFP and inhibited by high concentration of GFP. The promotive effect of GFP on the activity of catalase (CAT) was gradually decreased, indicating that GFP improves the non-specific immunity of tilapia to some extent.
