摘要 工业机器人作为现代工业的三大支柱之一,广泛应用于现代工业生产中,如冲压、压力铸造、热处理、焊接、涂装、塑料制品成形、机械加工和简单装配等部门中。由于资金、场地等条件的制约,使高职类院校在建设工业机器人实验实训室时受到了极大的约束,也制约了工业机器人技术的推广和应用。为了更好提高高职院校学生的实际动手能力,充分利用现代化的信息技术,建立虚拟工业机器人实验实训室,成为了一种推广新知识新技能,同时降低教学成本和提高教学质量的一种手段。 Industrial robot as one of the three pillars of modern industry, widely used in modern industrial production, Such as stamping, casting, heat treatment, welding, painting, plastic forming, machining and assembly etc. Because of the restriction of the funding, venues and other conditions, the construction of the virtual industrial robot laboratory of the polytechnic college is limited, and also limits the popularization and application of the industrial robot. In order to improve the practical ability of the students of the polytechnic college, makes full use of the modern information technology, the construction of the virtual industrial robot laboratory becomes a mean of the promotion of new knowledge and new skills, meanwhile, it can reduce the teaching cost and improve the quality of teaching.
