摘要
文章从高职院校图书馆存在的读者服务意识淡薄、服务重要性认识不足、服务工作监督不到位的问题出发,提出提高服务意识,加强专业知识学习,从静态服务转变为动态服务等方面的解决途径。
This article discusses the problem of reader service consciousness in the library of higher vocational colleges, lacking of service importance recognition, and service work supervision. It proposed some efficient solutions, such as improving the conscious of service, strengthen professional knowledge learning and transformation from static service to dynamic service etc.
