摘要
近几年来,河北省"冀中南"经济区城镇化水平整体得到了提升,然仍处于全省较低水平。调研发现,农业产业化发展程度低是制约该区域城镇化发展的重要因素。针对目前冀中南经济区农业产业化在驱动城镇化发展方面的不足,并就龙头企业发展、特色产业支撑、农户组织化程度、人才培养路径、政策体制改革、综合融资渠道六方面提出对策与建议。以农业产业化来推动农村城镇化进程,将是未来"冀中南"城镇化发展的必然选择。
The urbanization level of ＂Ji Zhong Nan＂ economic zone in Hebei Province has improved in recent years, However, this zone is still in the lower level in Hebei. This paper points out the weaknesses in agricultural industrialization driving urbanization in this area. Based on this, the auther points out six more targeted suggestions, from the view of the development of leading agribusinesses, special industries support for urbanization, organizational the farmers, the path of personnel training, policy reforms, comprehensive financing channel. So it well be Ji Zhong Nan＇s inevitable choice that improve the level of urbanization with the method of developing agricultural industrialization.
