摘要
随着我国国力的增强与对外合作交流的日益深入,社会对高素质外语人才的需求不断增长。为推动我国外语教学与人才培养,作为一门综合素质课程的英语演讲课在国内高校受到越来越多的关注。英语演讲课本身也是一门外语课程,应该在课堂上应用基本的外语教学方法。可是目前英语演讲课教学实际情况并不容乐观,学生在日常学习中对于选题,语音,语调,写作,心理素质方面存在很多问题,由于师生之间的沟通不够,导致学习方法不当,学习效率不高,影响整体水平提高。笔者认为,英语演讲教学中教师应更多渗透人文关怀,帮助学生从演讲课的各方面提高自主学习能力。
As our international cooperation and exchange develops, the social needs of high-quality foreign language talents grows. Not only are foreign languages important in international exchanges, they have also played a great role in spreading Chinese civilization. English public speaking, as a comprehensive quality course, has received more and more attention in universities. However, public speaking in a native language and in a foreign language can be very different. English public speaking course is also a foreign language course, should be applied to foreign language teaching methods in classroom. For the time being, the real situations of the English public speaking are far from perfect. The students suffer a lot from many problems such as the topic choosing, pronunciation, intonation and psychological quality. The author, therefore, the author holds that the more attention should be attached to humanistic concern, to help students improve their self-learning ability in the English public speaking class.
